Our Origin
A message from our machine learning founders.
Kosnita Technologies Private Limited was formed in Hyderabad, India, by two engineers with deep machine learning and systems architecture backgrounds. Between us, our experience spans Amazon Alexa AI, Honeywell's Forge platform, and L&T Technology Services.
In our careers, we noticed a persistent and frustrating pattern: the primary obstacle separating highly talented individuals from their dream engineering roles is not a lack of innate intelligence or drive. Rather, it is the inequality in preparation. Candidates from certain universities or regions lack access to high-fidelity, targeted preparation.
We realized that high-fidelity AI simulations could solve this disparity. By creating deep, low-latency mock conversation engines that act as personalized mentors, we could close the preparation gap entirely. That led to our first product: an AI career platform, now in active development.

Dheeraj Jagarlamudi
Co-Founder
A machine learning engineer who has always worked around data, ML and AI. He started at Amazon in the early days of Alexa, helping train it on its early datasets, and has since held a range of roles across data and machine learning. He holds a Master of Science in Data Engineering, and is passionate about putting machine learning to work on real human problems, making powerful technology genuinely useful and accessible to everyone.
Rushi Jagarlamudi
Co-Founder
A systems engineer focused on high-throughput data infrastructure and low-latency design. At a major surveys and market-research company, he built a lean, low-level engine that handles thousands of concurrent queries under heavy load, work that helped grow the business from thousands to millions in revenue. He loves making systems do more with less: the kind of efficient, no-waste design that quietly absorbs enormous scale.
